Sanctuary, Inc. is putting out the call for donations and volunteers as they gear up for Mother’s Day at the women and children’s shelter in Hopkinsville.
Appearing on WHOP recently, Executive Director Heather Lancaster says they currently have about 15 individuals at their facility and they’re always working to provide resources and aid to their families.
They’ll be handing out Mother’s Day Self-care Kits to their clients, but first they need donations of items, and Coordinator Zirconia Vansauwa says those range from skin care kits to gift cards.
Lancaster says they’re always accepting of donations and volunteers, especially when it comes to feeding their residents.
