The Museums of Historic Hopkinsville-Christian County is inviting the public to take a Spring Stroll on Friday, May 12
The stroll starts at 6 p.m. and will be led by Museum Director Alissa Keller and the walking tour will discuss historic architecture and its impact on downtown Hopkinsville.
May is Preservation Month when we celebrate historic places, heritage tourism, and the social, cultural, and economic benefits of historic preservation. This tour will explore some of downtown’s most interesting and most at-risk architecture while also sharing stories of successful local historic preservation efforts.
Things will start at the Pennyroyal Area Museum and will last approximately 90 minutes. Registration is encouraged and tickets are $10 per person and $5 for Museum Members.
