A Russellville resident was killed in an accident on US 68 a little before 8 o’clock Monday morning in Logan County.
The Logan County Sheriff’s Office says Geoffrey Turk of Auburn was attempting to make a left turn from Main Street onto US 68 at Auburn and drove into the path of an eastbound vehicle operated by Devon Blythe of Russellville.
They collided in the intersection and police say Blythe was pronounced dead at the scene after being ejected in the crash.
A passenger in the Blythe car, Debbie Mayfield, was flown to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville.
Turk was not hurt in the crash.
