Missionary Radio will be hosting their annual Spring Friend-Raiser starting on Wednesday and the theme is Always Only Jesus.
Missionary Radio is 100 percent listener funded and General Manager Ken Cummins the friend-raiser is all about having individuals pledge to support the radio stations under the Missionary Radio umbrella.
It takes place April 12 and 13 and he’s hopeful they’ll gain a lot of support through their faithful listeners to help keep them on the air waves.
Cummins says it takes roughly $1,600 a day to keep the lights on and the equipment running, which is what all money raised goes towards.
