A pursuit Wednesday night on Greenville Road in Christian County led to the arrest of the driver on multiple charges.
The Christian County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a potentially intoxicated driver at Greenville Road and KY 1682 and deputies located the automobile and attempted to make a traffic stop.
An arrest citation for 59-year old Andre Reekie of Clarksville says he continued driving north until deputies used a pit maneuver to bring him to a stop in the 13000 block of Greenville Road.
Police say Reekie showed signs of impairment, including slurred speech and red eyes, and he was unable to stand up without assistance.
Reekie was arrested following medical clearance and charged with his third DUI, fleeing or evading police, driving on a DUI suspended license and felony criminal mischief.
