A man sought on warrants out of Tennessee was arrested on new charges Tuesday afternoon in Guthrie.
Guthrie Police Chief Dean Blumel was assisting Tennessee authorities and located 39-year old Kenneth Brown inside Lotto Express on US 79 and the arrest citation says he initially gave police a false identification card.
A search of his vehicle allegedly revealed three baggies of cocaine and a scale.
Brown was served with the Tennessee warrants for aggravated domestic assault and failure to appear and he’s charged locally with possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia, in addition to giving an officer a false name.
