A woman was pulled from a burning home early Monday morning on Morningside Drive and was later flown to a Nashville hospital.
The first call of fire at the single-story home in the 300 block of Morningside came out about 1:30 and Hopkinsville Fire Department Lt. Payton Rogers says they found the woman unconscious inside and at last check she was in critical condition.
There is extensive damage throughout the structure and cause of the blaze remains under investigation.
A man escaped from the home without injury, along with two dogs, but three other dogs were killed.
