A one-year old child was injured after being struck by a vehicle Monday evening in Logan County.
The Logan County Sheriff’s Office investigated and says Jim Kelley of Russellville was northbound on Morgantown Road near Chandlers Road when the one-year old entered the road in his lane of travel.
Kelley attempted to miss the child, but struck them with the front bumper of his vehicle.
The child was transported to Greenview Hospital in Bowling Green and was listed in stable condition.
