Police in Hopkins County are investigating a fatal shooting from Friday night in the Providence area.
The Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called to 1768 Barnhill Road about 7:15 p.m. and found 19-year old Lonnell Holloway of Madisonville dead from a gunshot wound.
Investigation led to the arrest of 20-year old Christopher Rideout of Providence on a charge of murder.
