A Hopkinsville man accused of not providing services he was paid for has been arrested on a felony theft warrant.
It alleges that on May 3 of last year, an alleged victim provided 45-year old Johnny Burgess of Hopkinsville with $1,780 to for a garage door.
Burgess has allegedly failed to provide the door and has not refunded the victim the cash, according to the warrant, which says he also isn’t answering the victim’s phone calls.
Burgess is charged with felony theft by failure to make required disposition of property.
