The man killed in a shooting late Saturday night on Foxfield Road has been identified, as Hopkinsville police continue to investigate.
Christian County Coroner Scott Daniel identifies the victim as 46-year old Joshua Wiley, who resided in the home where the incident happened.
Hopkinsville police say Wiley was shot with a handgun during an altercation between him and a family member just before midnight inside a home in the 500 block of Foxfield.
Wiley was taken to Jennie Stuart Medical Center, where he died from his injuries.
The shooter has not been arrested as Hopkinsville police investigate to determine if he acted in self-defense.
