One person was injured in a three-vehicle accident Thursday afternoon on Eagle Way Bypass near the YMCA.
A collision report from Hopkinsville police says 76-year old Marjorie Hasert of New York was attempting to cross the Bypass from the YMCA parking lot to Keeton Drive when she drove into the path of a westbound car operated by 73-year old John Lancaster of Hopkinsville.
They collided and Hasert’s vehicle then spun and struck a van that was stopped on Keeton, driven by 88-year old Jesse Thomas of Cadiz.
Lancaster complained of chest and arm pain and was taken by EMS to Jennie Stuart Medical Center.
No one else involved required a trip to the hospital.
