A Kentucky superintendent who formerly served as Hopkinsville High School principal is facing accusations of bringing a gun onto school property.
The Herald Leader reports McCreary County Schools Superintendent John Gunn was Tuesday charged with felony unlawful possession of a weapon on school property.
Video footage allegedly shows him trying to get into the McCreary County school board building with the weapon, something he confessed to police. His resignation was accepted by the school board earlier this week.
