The Housing Authority of Hopkinsville has announced that an 80-unit apartment complex will be built on Old Lovers Lane.
According to a news release, the Housing Authority of Hopkinsville and Affordable Housing of Hopkinsville has received a nine-percent tax credit grant to build the complex that will house individuals age 55 and older.
Construction is set to start in late fall and potentially be ready for occupancy in spring of 2024. Applications will be not be accepted until 2024.
