The Tennessee Valley Authority is sharing additional information on hours-long power outages and rolling blackouts during the Christmas weekend winter storm.
A TVA representative at a community meeting in Antioch, Tennessee last night said pressure sensors froze at a coal power plant, something that had never happened before.
They said that issue forced them to shut down two of their largest generators.
