>>Mixon Celebrates With Coin Flip

(Cincinnati, OH)  — A Bengals’ player pulled off an interesting celebration during the team’s 27-16 win over the Ravens in Cincinnati.  Joe Mixon rushed for a one-yard score in the first quarter and pulled out a coin from his glove.  The running back gathered with his teammates and flipped it into the end zone before kicking the air in disgust.  The celebration was a response to the NFL proposing a coin flip to determine home field in a Bengals-Ravens playoff matchup.  However, Cincinnati avoided the scenario with its win over their divisional rivals.  Baltimore comes back to Cincy for the Wild Card round Sunday night.

>>Titans Clean House

(Nashville, TN)  — The Titans are cleaning house after a disappointing end to the season.  Offensive coordinator Todd Downing was fired as the team scored just 17-and-a-half points per game this season, which ranked 28th in the league.  Downing was also charged with driving under the influence back in November following Tennessee’s win over the Packers in Green Bay.  Offensive line coach Keith Carter, secondary coach Anthony Midget and offensive assistant Erik Frazier were also let go on Monday.  The Titans ended the season 7-and-10 and failed to make the playoffs after last weekend’s loss to the eventual AFC South champion Jacksonville Jaguars.

>>Damar Hamlin Released From OH Hospital

(Cincinnati, OH)  — Buffalo Bills player Damar Hamlin is back home.  Doctors caring for Hamlin at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center said Hamlin returned to his home city and is starting the next phase of his recovery at Buffalo General Medical Center.  On Sunday, Hamlin posted pictures and updates on social media as he watched the Bills regular season finale against the New England Patriots.  Hamlin collapsed on the field during the Bills’ game against the Cincinnati Bengals last week after suffering cardiac arrest.  Physicians said it’s still too early to know if Hamlin will be able to play football again.
