Fire caused minor damage to a North Main Street motel Christmas Day.
The call of smoke in a room at the American Inn came out just before noon and arriving crews fire in the attic space, according to Hopkinsville Fire Lt. Payton Rogers.
No one was inside the room, there were no injuries and the fire was put out quickly.
