Four injured, three severely, in Dawson Road accident

Additional details have been released on a wreck involving a dump truck and a car from Tuesday night on Dawson Springs Road that seriously injured three people.

As previously reported, it happened just before 5 p.m. near Witty Lane and the Christian County Sheriff’s Department says the driver of a southbound dump truck went off the right shoulder of the road and over-corrected.

The truck got sideways and slid into the path of a northbound car.

The occupants of the dump truck have been identified as 46-year old Reico Burns of Clarksville and 63-year old Anthony Loving of Hopkinsville, who are both listed in critical, but stable condition in a Nashville hospital.

The occupants of the car were 22-year old Madison Oglesby of Hopkinsville and 19-year old Christopher Dollinger of Oak Grove. Oglesby is in stable condition at a Nashville hospital and Dollinger was taken to Jennie Stuart Medical Center.

One of the dump truck occupants had to be extricated and the other was ejected.
