University Heights Academy is closed for the entire week due to various illnesses that have been going around and hindering attendance.
Head of School Tonya Oakley sent an email to parents Friday afternoon saying UHA would be closed Monday and Tuesday, hopefully giving students, faculty and staff time to rest and recover and be ready to return Monday, November 28.
UHA was already closed Wednesday through Friday for the Thanksgiving holiday.
Oakley says Monday and Tuesday will not be NTI days, meaning it’s a true full week of days off for University Heights.
