Men’s Soccer Wins 2022 Sun Belt Conference Tournament Championship

No. 2 nationally ranked Kentucky men’s soccer (14-0-5, 5-0-3 Sun Belt) defeated James Madison (8-8-4, 2-3-3 Sun Belt) 2-0 to win the 2022 Sun Belt Conference Tournament championship title. Following two impressive performances at the Wendell & Vickie Bell Soccer Complex defeating South Carolina in the quarterfinal round and West Virginia University in semifinals, the Cats earned another Sun Belt trophy on the season. The undefeated Wildcats won the regular season title last month in Columbia, S.C. In front of 2,389 members of Big Blue Nation, UK remained the only NCAA Division I men’s soccer program still undefeated in the nation.

No. 5 Volleyball Sweeps North Carolina

Outside hitter Claire Chaussee had 10 kills, an ace and a season-high four blocks to lead the University of Louisville to a 25-22, 25-11, 25-18 win over North Carolina in ACC volleyball action Sunday afternoon in Chapel Hill. With their tenth ACC sweep, the Cardinals move to 24-2 on the year and 15-1 in ACC play.

Racers Fall to Flames

Murray State women’s volleyball fall to UIC in to close the weekend at Terre Haute, Sunday. The Racers are not able to take the edge in close sets against the Flames. The first set ends in 25-22, the second 25-19 and the third 25-23.

Govs close 2022 volleyball season

Austin Peay State University’s 2022 volleyball campaign ended with a four-set ASUN Conference loss (25-17, 20-25, 13-25, 20-25) to Jacksonville State, Sunday at the Dunn Center.
