Grand jury returns indictments for sex crimes, robbery

A Christian County Grand Jury returned an indictment for numerous sex crimes against a Clarksville man Friday.

Indicted for first-degree sexual abuse against a victim under 12 years of age, first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor and first-degree sodomy is 28-year-old Stuart Androws of Clarksville. He is alleged to have had sexual intercourse and made sexual contact with a victim under the age of 12 between January of 2013 until December of 2014.

The grand jury has indicted 28-year-old Dustin Kirkman of Hopkinsville for promoting a sexual performance by a minor and procuring or promoting use of a minor by electronic means, alleging he produce, promoted or directed a minor under the age of 18 in a sexual performance and used a cellphone to promote that activity.

Indicted for second-degree robbery is 61-year-old Willis Haskins of Hopkinsville. An arrest citation alleges he shoved a 43-year old woman and took her cell phone and cash at a location near South Clay and Bryan Street in August.

The woman sustained minor injuries in the robbery, according to the report.
