(Pittsburgh, PA) — Juan Yepez hit a go-ahead single in the top of the tenth as the Cardinals beat the Pirates 8-7 at PNC Park. The Cardinals scored four runs in the top of the seventh to tie the game at seven and send it to extras. Albert Pujols and Corey Dickerson each had a pair of RBI in the victory, and Chris Stratton earned his tenth win of the season out of the bullpen. They finish off the regular season with a game against Pittsburgh today.

(Cincinnati, OH) — The Reds are celebrating a 3-2 walk-off win against the Cubs. The score was tied 2-2 heading into the bottom of the ninth when Spencer Steer crushed a double which scored the game-winning run. Chuckie Robinson smashed a two-run homer in the seventh inning to tie the game and Alexis Diaz earned the win. Willy Contreras hit a homer for Chicago, who has lost two of their last three games. The Reds close the regular season out today as their series with the Cubs concludes in Cincinnati.

(Miami, FL) — The Atlanta Braves are celebrating a fifth straight NL East Division title after beating the Marlins 2-1 on Tuesday. The Braves overcame a 10-and-a-half game deficit to the Mets at the start of June to earn their 22nd division title in franchise history, which is the most all-time. Atlanta will have a first-round bye with the second-best record in the National League.
