A Crofton man was injured in a two-vehicle hit-and-run collision Sunday evening on Greenville Road.
It happened about 5:45 p.m. and a collision report from the Christian County Sheriff’s Office says the driver of a southbound car turned into a gravel lot near Cave Street and then attempted to turn north onto Greenville Road.
He drove into the path of a southbound SUV operated by Derrick Tillman of Crofton, who could not avoid striking the car.
The driver of the car attempted to drive away, but came to rest in a tree line along Annie Mack Road. The occupants of the car then fled on foot and were not located, with the report saying there was an odor of alcohol coming from the automobile.
Tillman was taken by EMS to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for neck and shoulder pain.
