The Braves are now one game behind the Mets for first place in the division. During a White House ceremony, Biden said the Braves have a rich history in Major League Baseball. He said the champs never quit, despite a rocky start to the season. The Braves defeated the Houston Astros in the World Series, four-games-to-two.
