Heritage Christian Academy is celebrating one of their students being named a 2023 National Merit Scholarship semifinalist.
According to a news release, Heritage Christian Senior Jacob Bottoms has been named as a semifinalist to the program, with officials saying they’re extremely proud of his accomplishments.
The National Merit Scholarship Program is a prestigious competition that recognizes outstanding students across the nation with less than one percent of high school seniors qualifying. The goal of the National Merit Scholarship Corporation is to honor the nation’s academic champions and encourage the pursuit of excellence.
