Hopkinsville police are investigating an armed robbery of a mailman from Thursday evening on Apache Drive.
The unknown male suspect pointed a handgun in the mailman’s face just after 6:30 p.m. near 195 Apache and demanded the keys to his vehicle and the keys to the mailboxes in the area.
The suspect then fled the area and the mailman was not injured.
