A different public defender has taken over the case of the man charged with arson for allegedly setting fire to a Pennyroyal Mental Health crisis house last year.
Doug Moore has taken the case over from Eric Bearden to represent 23-year old Brandon Seeley and told Judge John Atkins he’d go over a plea offer from the commonwealth over the next couple weeks.
Judge Atkins scheduled another hearing for September 28.
