A house was damaged by a fire on Linda Drive Wednesday afternoon.
Two stations responded to the home in the 500 block of Linda around 2:15 p.m. Wednesday for a cooking fire, according to Hopkinsville Fire Department Lt. Payton Rogers. All occupants were able to safely evacuate from the residence and the kitchen sustained minor damage.
The fire was contained mainly to the stove and surrounding area.
