Hopkinsville police are investigating after a woman said someone tried to run her over with a vehicle in the parking lot of the Christian County Justice Center Tuesday afternoon.
It happened about 2:40 p.m. and the woman said she was walking through the lot when a suspect tried unsuccessfully to strike her.
The incident is being investigated as wanton endangerment in the first-degree.
