Arraignment was held Wednesday afternoon in Christian Circuit Court for one of the two remaining suspects charged in connection with the 2006 killing of 83-year old Roscoe Mayes at a home on Greenville Road.
Chrsitian Circuit Judge Andrew Self noted that 39-year old Anastaja Hathaway-Waddell will be represented by attorney Brandi Jones and scheduled another pre-trial conference for September 28.
Hathaway-Waddell and 46-year old Lashanda Person are each charged with murder and first-degree robbery.
