Another suspect in the armed home invasion of Charles “Bird Dog” Paige has had their case sent to the grand jury for consideration of indictment in Christian District Court Friday.
Ajaizion Johnson appeared before District Judge Foster Cotthoff for purpose of a preliminary hearing Friday, but chose to waive the hearing and send it directly to the grand jury.
Johnson is one of several suspects charged so far in relation to the home invasion where shots were fired by both parties but no one was injured. Johnson is charged with first-degree robbery, possession of methamphetamine and fleeing or evading police.
Other suspects charged in the incident include 24-year-old Michael Sims, 19-year-old Isaiah Campbell, 30-year-old Marshall and 18-year-old Korey Zivotin—there are likely more suspects that have not yet been identified.
