The Kentucky Supreme Court is keeping in place a restraining order against the commonwealth’s new abortion ban.
The court denied Attorney General Daniel Cameron’s appeal of a previous ruling on the restraining order yesterday. Cameron says he is disappointed in the latest ruling.
A Jefferson Circuit Court is set to hear a lawsuit today which was also filed by the ACLU challenging the commonwealth’s trigger law banning abortion, which kicked in when the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade.
