Tuesday is Pennyrile Electric Day at WSKF

Tuesday is Pennyrile Electric Day at the Western Kentucky State Fair.

3,786 people entered the gates of the Fair Monday, down from 4,428 on Monday last year.

Brent Gilkey with the cooperative says members can get in for free from 4 until 6 with the coupon they received in their Kentucky Living Magazine.

While there won’t be an annual meeting this year in the convention center, there will be one virtually at 1 p.m. Tuesday.

Tony Meacham with the Fair Board is encouraging fair-goers to see the 4H/FFA/Homemakers exhibits in the convention center and the animals and shows in the livestock pavilion.

Rides open at 5 p.m. and it’s another $20 armband night and Go-Kart races will begin at 7 p.m. in grandstand.
