An arrest has been made in connection with an armed robbery Sunday morning at a West Seventh Street home.
Hopkinsville police charged 57-year old James Hardy of Hopkinsville with first-degree robbery, with an arrest citation saying he made contact with the 83-year old male victim several times earlier in the morning and that he left his identification with the victim.
Hardy returned with a gun and allegedly took several hundred dollars from the victim at gunpoint.
Officers later located Hardy at an East Fourth Street residence and the report says a BB gun was located in his possession.
