Sentencing was held Wednesday in Christian Circuit Court for the man who pled guilty this month for his role in the 2018 shooting of Keosha Willis on Meridians Way in Oak Grove.
Adrian Murray pled guilty June 2 to facilitation to first-degree assault as part of a deal that came with a recommended five-year sentence. It was to run concurrent with drug charges he had already pled guilty to in relation to the case and Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney Stephanie Bolen told Judge John Atkins that Murray has conducted himself well while out on parole from that case.
Judge Atkins agreed to allow Murray to remain out of custody under the supervision of Probation and Parole as long as he maintains conditions of release.
The shooting was investigated by the Oak Grove Police Department.
