Two arrested, one sought in Murray hit-and-run collision

Updated: Jordan Gray has turned himself in.

The Murray Police Department is seeking one suspect and has arrested two others in connection with a hit and run, vehicle vs. pedestrian accident that seriously injured a man.

According to a news release, the collision occurred on June 4 around 9 p.m. for reports of a hit and run collision and upon arrival found a male victim in the roadway with serious injuries. He was flown by helicopter to a Nashville hospital for treatment.

Investigation into the incident led to the location of the alleged vehicle in the incident, which was seized. Police arrested 37-year-old Jessica Gray and 39-year-old David Millsaps, both of Murray, on charges of tampering with physical evidence.

Police are still seeking 39-year-old Jordan Gray of Murray, on charges of leaving the scene of an accident, failure to render aid with serious physical injury and tampering with physical evidence.  Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Murray Police Department.
