A pursuit of a motorcycle Monday night in Hopkinsville ended with a crash, foot pursuit and arrest.
Hopkinsville Police Officer Josh Stallons saw 37-year old Curtis Flick of Hopkinsville operating a motorcycle at South Main and West 14th Street and knew his license was suspended, according to the arrest citation, which says Flick refused to stop when Officer Stallons turned on his lights and siren.
He made turns and allegedly ran two stop signs before eventually wrecking out at Walnut and East 14th Street.
Police say Flick ran from the scene, but was soon caught in the East 12th Street area.
Flick allegedly discarded a bag of methamphetamine while running and still had another bag and needles on his person when he was arrested.
Flick was arrested and charged with fleeing or evading police, trafficking in methamphetamine and disregarding a traffic control device.
He was also served with a warrant for parole violation.
