Sam Burns won the PGA Tour’s Charles Schwab Challenge at Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth. Burns bested Scottie Scheffler in a one hole playoff after both were nine under par. Brendon Todd finished in third place at eight under. Tony Finau, Davis Riley, and Scott Stallings finished in a three-way tie for fourth place at seven under.
Princeton’s Emma Talley saw her run in the LPGA Match Play end on Saturday in Las Vegas as she lost 4 and 2 to Madelene Sagstrom on Saturday. Talley did win $26,949 for her efforts.
