A portion of Tress Shop Road in Todd County will be closed Friday morning at 8 to allow for cross culvert replacement.
It will be about a mile south of Maton Road near the 3.3 mile-marker, according to Todd County Emergency Management Director Daniel Smith, who says the road will be closed there indefinitely for the emergency work.
Tress Shop Road, also known as KY 475, takes motorists from US 68 just west of Elkton to US 41 just north of Trenton.
