The Cincinnati Reds have their first series win of the season after scoring five runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to take down the Pittsburgh Pirates 7-3 at Great American Ball Park. Colin Moran had two home runs and six RBI in the victory. Elsewhere in the National League: The St. Louis Cardinals are settling for a four-game split in San Francisco after dropping the finale 4-3 to the Giants, losing the final two in the series. The Cardinals open up a three-game home series with the Baltimore Orioles tomorrow.
The Atlanta Braves cruised to a 9-2 win over the Milwaukee Brewers Sunday. Adam Duvall and William Contreras homered in the win. Atlanta welcomes the Boston Red Sox tomorrow night.
Walker Buehler threw seven innings of one-run ball as the Los Angeles Dodgers crushed the Chicago Cubs 7-1. The Cubs begin a six game West Coast swing tonight in San Diego.
