Elkton Mayor Arthur Green has filed his papers to seek a second term.
He says Elkton has seen some success and growth, despite the pandemic, and he wants to build on that in the next four years.
Mayor Green says the city and county have worked well together and believes they can continue that relationship moving forward.
Green taught agriculture for 33 years at Todd County Central High School and served one term as Todd County judge-executive.
He is currently unopposed in the non-partisan election.
