An arrest warrant for complicity to felony assault was served by Hopkinsville police Friday night against a local man.
It alleges that on March 1, 31-year old James Fourqurean of Hopkinsville worked with another suspect and assaulted a woman with a bat while she was asleep.
The victim required 11 staples to her head, according to the warrant.
Fourqurean is charged with complicity to first-degree assault.
