Minority Economic Development Initiative of Hopkinsville is hosting another popular Startup Hoptown event Thursday evening for locals who are considering starting a small business.
MEDI Director Henry Snorton says they host the Startup events once each quarter and it’s all about learning some steps and procedures for beginning a business.
It will be from 6 until 8 at the MEDI Office inside the South Main Street US Bank downtown and Snorton says the first-quarter event was very well-attended.
If you cannot attend Thursday evening’s Startup Hoptown, you can still get help from MEDI and Snorton says just schedule an appointment by calling 270-885-8885.
Startup is free to attend, but you do need to register by calling MEDI or by registering online through Eventbrite.
