Ja Morant is adding some hardware to his trophy case. The NBA announced Monday that the Memphis Grizzlies guard was named the league’s Most Improved Player. Morant becomes the first player in NBA history to win both the Rookie of the Year award and Most Improved. The 22-year-old also became the first Grizzlies player to ever win the award. Memphis returns to action tonight hosting Minnesota in game five of their playoff series which is even at two games each.
