Reds losing streak ends with win over Cardinals, Braves and Cubs lose Sunday

The Cincinnati Reds snapped an 11-game losing streak with a 4-1 win over the St. Louis Cardinals at Great American Ball Park. Nick Lodolo earned his first MLB win after pitching five-and-two-thirds innings of one-run ball. The 3-and-13 Reds are off today, while the Cardinals begin an eight game home stand hosting the New York Mets this evening.

Elsewhere in the National League: The Atlanta Braves fell 5-4 to the Miami Marlins. The Braves are off today before beginning a series with the Chicago Cubs at home tomorrow.

Meanwhile, the Cubs fell to the Pittsburgh Pirates 5-4 Sunday at Wrigley Field.
