Vanderbilt University announced today volleyball will return as a women’s varsity sport in 2025. The sport was discontinued at the school following the 1979-80 season, just after the Commodores participated in the 1979 Southeastern Conference tournament. The games will be played in Memorial Gym and the search for a coach will begin this fall.
