Christian County Relay’s Bark for Life is coming up Saturday at the Dog Park on Pardue Lane and organizers are hoping for a good turnout to raise money for a good cause.
Crystal Hightower is this year’s Relay chair and says registration begins at 9—about an hour before the event begins.
It only costs $10 to bring your dog and participate and Hightower says the event was popular several years ago before it took a pause with everything else.
Several Relay teams will have raffles and there will be demonstrations by the Hopkinsville Police Department K9 force.
The dog contests will include oldest and youngest dog, best costume, best trick, dog-owner lookalike, cutest, ugliest and farthest traveled.
