Multiple outlets indicate University of Louisville coach Kenny Payne is expected to hire former Wake Forest coach Danny Manning to his staff. Manning would join Nolan Smith as an assistant. Payne is holding a news conference to reportedly make this announcement official today. Manning is considered one of the best college players of all time, winning a national championship while playing at Kansas in the late 1980’s.
