Princeton’s Emma Talley had a one under par 71 Thursday in the second round of the LPGA Tour’s Lotte Championship in Hawaii. Her two day total of 146 is tied for 48th and she will play the weekend. Hyo Joo Kim at 10 under par is three shots ahead going into today’s third round.
On the PGA Tour: Cameron Young is atop the leaderboard at the RBC Heritage. Young shot a 63 to finish the first round eight-under par. Joaquin Niemann is two strokes behind Young and is sitting alone in second place at six under par. Seven other golfers are tied for third place at five-under par. Louisville area native Justin Thomas is at one under par after firing 70 Thursday while Nashville’s Brandt Snedeker is at two over 73.
