The world’s number one golfer Scottie Scheffler got his first major in winning The Masters after finishing atop the leaderboard with a 10-under par score. Scheffler shot a 71 on back-to-back days to clinch the victory. Rory McIlroy shot a 64 in the final round to finish the tournament in second place at seven-under. Shane Lowry and Cameron Smith tied for third place at five-under par. Louisville area native Justin Thomas tied for 8th at one under par and Tiger Woods, returning to play in the first time in over a year finished 47th at 13 over par.
